Do you love reading or winning prizes? What if you could read and win prizes? Join the Jacksonville Public Library’s Adult Summer Reading Program this year to do just that.
All you need to do is read five books and list them on a log that can be picked up at the library’s adult circulation desk. When you return your first reading log, you will receive a prize and be entered into that week’s drawing. Each log you complete and return after that will be used in a weekly drawing. At the end of the pro-gram, grand prizes will be awarded as well.
The Jacksonville Public Library’s Adult Summer Reading Program is for JPL patrons who are 18 years of age or older and will take place from Wednesday, June 1 and continue through Saturday, July 23. Patrons can participate at any point during this time. The books you read may be from any genre and any format is acceptable. The chances of winning depend upon the number of entries. A weekly drawing will be held from the cur-rent entries. Grand prize winners will be chosen by random drawing. All entries must be turned in by Saturday, July 23 at 5 p.m.
