The South Jacksonville Celebration was held Friday and Saturday, May 5-6, at the Prairieland Heritage Museum in South Jacksonville. There was a huge turnout Friday evening and the evening’s weather was perfect for a carnival, which included free parking, free admission and free carnival rides. The South Jacksonville Celebration was sponsored by the Village of South Jacksonville, Four Rivers Special Education District and Conner Family Amusements of Beardstown.
