Somewhere around 20-30 kids, ages 7-17, had been taking summer tennis lessons from Jacksonville High School tennis coach Doug Moy.

Moy showed up on Thursday, July 6 for a day of “Color Wars” at the Illinois College tennis courts. The group of kids was divided into four teams: red, green, pink and blue. The teams competed in eight games, which were full of fun while still teaching and allowing the youth to practice the skills of the game.

In the end, the red team took home the win. The winning team consisted of Kayne Mackey, Colin Knollhoff, Abby White, Lily Robison, Ella Rajaguru, Theo Waters and Claire Darr.
