Ferraro Family entertains audience with festive music for the season

The pews were full for a performance by the Ferraro String Ensemble, who shared the wonderful gift of music at Faith Lutheran Church on December 11. The evening’s Christmas music included “Good Christian Men Rejoice,” “O Holy Night,” “Ding Dong Merrily on High,” “Do You Hear What I Hear” and “Silent Night,” ending with the audience standing for the “Hallelujah Chorus.”

Faith Lutheran also has two more mini-concerts and an optional light lunch in its Advent Allegro programming. The first is at 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14, with the Jacksonville High School Madrigal Singers, performing under the direction of Christine Smith.
