Five junior attendants to participate in Beaux Arts Ball

The Art Association of Jacksonville’s 65th annual Beaux Arts Ball, “Sapphire Soirée,” is planned for Saturday, April 23. Five eighth graders will participate as junior attendants in this in this year’s premiere fundraiser for The Art Association.

This year’s junior attendants include Sophie Louise Cole, daughter of Beaux and Carrie Cole, of Jacksonville; Emma Grace Guidish, daughter of Nick and Allison Guidish, of Jacksonville; Lauryn Helen Maher, daughter of Justin and Robyn Maher, of Jacksonville; Owen Geirnaeirt, son of Terry Geirnaeirt and the late Jenny Geirnaeirt, of Jacksonville; and Charles Emerson Smith, son of Stuart and Wendy Smith, of Winchester.

Patron and general tickets will be available at Annie Merner Chapel prior to the Beaux Arts Ball on Saturday, April 23, where the coronation will begin at 7 p.m. Patron tickets are $40.00 and include admission to the coronation, reception and dance, while general tickets are $10.00 and include the coronation and reception. An interpreter will be available at the coronation for persons who are deaf or hard of hearing, and accessible seating will be available.
