The most recent concert of the Levitt AMP Music Series was held on Friday, June 24. Presented by the Jacksonville Are Convention & Visitors Bureau, this concert featured 19-year-old performer Sarah Ross. Ross is “already helping to blaze a trail for women tin the fast-growing country/rap/hip-hop genre of music,” according to her biography. The concert packed the Downtown Square with guests for the free concert. Anyone is welcome to attend, as the concerts are entertainment for families, friends, all ages … and even a dog this past concert. The free music series is held on Friday evenings in June and July. For more information on the concerts, pick up a free concert schedule at The Source Newspaper office, or visit www.levittamp.org/Jacksonville.
