Saturday, December 18 was the day volunteers in Jacksonville laid wreaths on the graves of military members on the 2021 National Wreaths Across America Day in Jacksonville. The program provides the decorations for graves of the men and women who have served our country.
WJIL/WJVO, along with the AmVets Post 100, and Williamson Funeral Home were the local hosts of the national program. Other volunteers included the AmVets Ladies Aux 100, American Legion Aux 279, Jacksonville Rotary Club, Sunrise Rotary Club, Boys Scouts Troop 106, Jacksonville VFW, College Avenue Dental, and Petefish, Skiles & Co. Bank.
