April 29 gave way to the worst weather they had seen in the 15 years the Robson Family had been hosting the Bruce Robson Memorial Bass Tournament. Despite the weather there were 18 boats ready to brave the day and fish in honor of Robson. Everyone involved had a great time. This was an annual event where the Robson Family is allotted the opportunity to reconnect with friends and family and reminisce about Bruce said Ashton McDaniel, the niece of Robson. Robson was a Jacksonville Policeman at the time of his death. He was also a past member of the South Jacksonville Fire Dearptment.

McDaniel said, “We are humbled and filled with gratitude at the tremendous success that we were blessed with on Saturday. The fishing tournament had a good turn-out, despite the rain, thunder and cold wind. What a marvelous outpouring of friendship and love.”

Pat Robson shared a heartfelt thank you to all of the people that supported the Tournament including, Glenn Robson, Kim and Brad Fellhauer and Eddie Baldwin who volunteered their services and put their heart into this annual event.
