Routt Catholic High School Exceeds State Averages in ACT Scores

Routt Catholic High School is pleased to announce that RCHS students exceeded the state of Illinois averages across all disciplines and composite scores for the fifth straight year. The school’s annual ACT data, which was released last week, indicates that Routt students scored highest in the subjects of English (25.4) and Reading (26.1), exceeding the state average by 4.4 and 4.5 points in each subject respectively. Students at RCHS averaged a composite score of 24.3, which is 2.9 points higher than the state average of 21.4 points. The chart below reflects the 2017 ACT averages for the state of Illinois versus the average of the Routt Catholic Class of 2017.
