Waggener receives award of distinction

Director’s award of distinction given to Franklin High school principal: Congratulations to Jeff Waggener the principal of Franklin High School for being awarded the Illinois State Police Director’s Award of Distinction.  Waggener assisted an Illinois state trooper in performing CPR to an unresponsive individual in March 2019.
