A Healthcare Worker Appreciation Day event was held in the parking lot of Jacksonville Skilled Nursing and Rehab on Tuesday, May 23 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. It was a gorgeous day with near perfect temps for the outdoor event to celebrate all healthcare workers.

Healthcare workers received a ticket for a free food item from the Foodie Machine or Sugar & Ice, which were set up at the event. Home Instead, Traditions Health and The Pointe at Jacksonville each had booths set up in addition to Jacksonville Skilled Nursing and Rehab. It was a successful day full of door prizes, giveaways, information, raffles and games for kids.
