City Church held its annual “Fun in the Son” Day/Car Show on September 19 at Nichols Park. Pastor Tim Kruzan explains that the day is comprised of a worship service to start the morning at 10, then following are inflatables and a fishing competition for the kids, free food for all attendees of the worship service, the car show and more.
According to Kruzan and Brother Monty Hodge, director of the car show, the three men photographed were coming from Tresdle, Troy and Winfield – each in Missouri, but had a break down on the way and arrived last minute. Despite all the trouble with travel, Kruzan said, “They were a hilarious group of guys.”
