Once again it is time to kick off our annual SHOP WITH A COP Program. This is our 36th year. We will be conducting our campaign for donations for this program by U.S. Mail only. With your support we will continue to help children in our area. Last year we shopped with approximately 190 children. All of this was made possible from your generous donations. The children purchased clothing, shoes, gloves, winter coats, etc. and one toy. Deputies coordinate with local schools to assist us in the selection process for children and families that could benefit from this program.
As you receive our letters asking for your help, we ask that you return your donations to us by mail or, if you prefer, drop the donation off at the Morgan Sheriff’s Office during regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 4:30pm). Please send your donation, no matter how large or small to: SHOP WITH A COP, c/o Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, 300 W.
