Jacksonville Main Street Executive Director Judy Tighe — and the crowd, too — were surprised at the concert on Friday, July 24 in downtown Jacksonville. Supporters, local business owners and friends took part in a flash mob. The music changed and everyone suddenly gathered in front of the Jacksonville Main Street Downtown Concert Series stage. The group the performed a choreographed dance to ABBA’s “Dancing Queen.”
