Mailing The Letter of the Law

In accordance with Illinois Law, an election letter with a form about being placed on a “Permanent Vote by Mail” list for all future elections or elections that do not need a party designation must be mailed every two years. Morgan County Clerk Sherry Sills, left, and Morgan County Deputy Clerk Tricia Waggener transport the letters to the post office recently.
