The Morton Ave Misfits proudly awarded four scholarships to local high school seniors this year, supporting them as they take the next steps toward their future aspirations.
The Morton Ave Misfits shared, “During the Downtown Car Show in June, we were delighted to welcome scholarship recipients CeCe Trace, Bennett Karr and Jacob Adams (not pictured: Thatcher Frye), who joined us downtown to share their achievements and exciting plans for the future. We wish them the best.”
The group also shared, “We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our generous sponsors and event participants. Your support enables us to fund these scholarships and provide assistance to families in need during the holiday season. Thank you for making a meaningful difference in our community!”
Morton Ave Misfits will hold the Jacksonville Fall Cruise Night on Saturday, September 20. The car show portion of the day will take place from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in Community Park, and the cruise will run along Morton Avenue from 5-9 p.m. The cruise is headquartered at Hardee’s.
